My Workflow

1. 01

   Discover

We start with your business, not the tech: goals, users, constraints, and what success looks like in numbers.

2. 02

   Design

I map the solution — screens, data, and logic — and we agree on scope before a line of code is written.

3. 03

   Build

Short cycles with working previews every week. You see progress, not promises.

4. 04

   Launch

Deployment, testing on real devices, and a smooth go-live with zero-drama handover.

5. 05

   Grow

Post-launch support, measurement against the goals from step one, and iteration on what the data says.
