A West African solar site that Elinett Energy’s team can edit in full, in English, French, and Arabic.

Oceanic Elinett is the holding company that owns Elinett Energy. Elinett Energy sells solar systems for homes, businesses, factories, utility plants, and telecom sites across Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, and the wider West African market. Buyers needed one place to see the offer, and the team needed to change that offer without a developer. I built elinettenergy.com and an admin dashboard on PostgreSQL. Staff can edit the full public site from that dashboard: services, system types, telecom, projects, news, partners, and product bundles.

The Problem

A page change used to mean editing the codebase and shipping a new version. A new installation, a partner, or the April 2026 ministerial visit could not go up on the same day. The quote form only opened an email, so sales had no stored record of who inquired or which sector they chose. The site could not keep up with the work Elinett Energy was actually selling.

The Solution

From the admin dashboard, the Elinett Energy team edits the whole public site and publishes it in English, French, and Arabic. That includes services, system types, telecom, the projects gallery, news, partners, and residential and commercial bundles. A buyer moves from the page that matches their need into a quote that names their sector. Those requests are saved in PostgreSQL, with the buyer’s name, phone, and sector, so sales can follow up from the dashboard.

The Process

The decision was to put the entire site in the database, not only news. Services, projects, and partners change as often as articles, and a half-managed site would have left the team asking for code changes every week. I scoped the admin so a staff member at Elinett Energy can update any public page, then publish, without touching the codebase.

The Results

  • Any public page can be updated from the admin dashboard without a code change

  • Quote requests are stored with the buyer’s sector for follow-up

  • Projects, partners, news, and product bundles are published by the Elinett Energy team

Client Feedback

“We can fully control the Elinett Energy site when a project or a service or any detail changes. We no longer wait on a developer to update a page.”
