A business showcase for a UK-based sports academy that put programmes and partner contact in one public place.
Manchester Sports Academy is a UK-based sports academy in Manchester. It prepares athletes and leaders through education, consultancy, international programmes, and research, and works with clubs, academies, and governments. Prospective learners and partners needed one place to see that offer and decide whether to explore a programme or start a conversation. I designed and shipped a business showcase for this UK academy: a homepage that walks through services, programmes, and reasons to choose them, plus a contact page with phone, email, and a Manchester location.
The Problem
The academy’s offer spans four services and four public programmes, and the people who need them arrive with different questions. A learner is choosing among football and coaching, sports management, performance analytics, and a women and girls pathway. A club or government partner is asking about advice, an exchange, a camp, or research. Without those choices written down together on one site, staff spent first conversations naming the offer, and visitors could miss a programme they never saw. The cost was repeated explanation and enquiries aimed at the wrong service.
The Solution
I built a React site the academy can share with either audience. The homepage opens with rotating messages across education, consultancy, international programmes, and research, then lays out services, a short academy introduction, featured programmes, and differentiators. Explore Programs scrolls a visitor to the programme cards. Partner With Us opens a contact page with the academy phone number, email, and Manchester as the location. On phones, a full-screen menu keeps About, Services, Programs, and Contact reachable without scrolling the whole page.
The Process
The build had to serve two buyers without burying either next step. I kept programme browsing on the homepage so a learner can compare football and coaching, sports management, performance analytics, and women and girls in sport before leaving. Partnership intent goes to a dedicated contact page, where the action is a call or email. I repeated that pair Explore Programs and Partner With Us in the hero, beside the academy introduction, on the closing banner, and in the desktop menu, so the same choice appears wherever someone decides to act.
The Results
Learners can compare four programmes on one page before they get in touch.
Partners reach phone and email from a dedicated contact page based in Manchester.
Education, consultancy, international programmes, and research are visible in a single visit.
The site is live at www.manchestersportsacademy.co.uk.
